Is More Money Sufficient for Improvement of University Teaching ?

Abstrakt

Attention is drawn to possible ways of teaching improvement based on other means than increasing financial subsidies to universities. However, this should not disprove the pressing need for growth of financial flow into higher education and its reasonable utilization.
