Optimization of Gas Chromatography for Determination of Toxic Chemicals in Mobile Laboratory

This review deals with the use of GC-MS for qualitative and quantitative analysis of hazardous chemicals. The limits of detection of the analyses must be lower than the toxicity limits of chemicals. The time periods required for the determinations are important in field analyses. Therefore, the conditions of analyses of tabun, yperite and cyklozine were verified. Based on the favorable results, the method can be recommended for field analysis.
